  Dr. Privott himself is awesome but his staff is really really rude and unprofessional! If I was him I would fire everyone and restaff the entire office with more professional people! I wound up pulling two of my kids from his office and got all of my kids going to Dr. Ngo in Columbus now because of how Privotts office staff treated me when I tried to get my daughter enrolled with Privotts office after I got custody of her since my 2 other kids were going there. Dr. Privott said he would take her too but when I went to start the process of getting her signed up the office manager was extremely rude and refused to help me! So I pulled all of my kids and took them somewhere that knows how to treat people! I really hate that Things happened like this because I really liked Dr. Privott but I refuse to take my kids somewhere where the staff is hateful. I really think the lady at the desk was being hateful because I'm white and I feel this way because she was rude and hateful towards me but the black girl that was after me was treated with all smiles and hospitality the way I expected to be treated but sadly was not!
