- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First off, excellent doctor. Dr Ellis is a fine physician, never had any problem with him. On the other hand, the rest of the staff can be very rude and condescending. The office is not a family environment, they will make you leave if you bring your children even if you have no choice but to bring them. Called to schedule an appointment, told it was a certain day and time. When we got there they had no record of it. Called on a Monday to get get seen, they said come in Tuesday for a wall in between 9AM and 10AM ,.. we get there at 9:15 .. the office doesn't open until 10. Two hours later still not seen by the doctor. If you can get over the poor quality of service from the staff, the doctor is a great doctor.
